One Year Limited Warranty
Black Flys sunglasses are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against any manufacturer defects. Black Flys will repair or replace at their discretion, any pair of Black Flys sunglasses found to be defective due to manufacturer defect. If you have purchased a pair of Black Flys sunglasses at an authorized dealer, please return your sunglasses to the place of purchase for exchange. If you purchased your sunglasses from blackflysusa.com please see instructions below.
Our warranty does not apply to scratched lenses. Black Flys is not responsible for lost or stolen sunglasses. This warranty does not cover shipping and handling costs. Any sunglasses returned during the warranty period must be sent with the following:
- A dated copy of the original sales receipt.
- A note including your name, address, phone number and email address in the event that we need to contact you regarding replacement or repair.
- A check made out to Black Flys Inc. for $15.00 to cover shipping and handling (international charges will vary).
- Mail your broken sunglasses, check and information to:

Black Flys recommends returning your sunglasses via UPS, FedEx or registered, insured mail. Black Flys is not responsible for sunglasses that become lost during shipping. If you have further questions please contact us at info@blackflysusa.com
