No Hassle Returns 

 

 Bottom line, if you don't like your sunglasses, just return them.  We will gladly exchange them for something else or give you a refund. 

 

How:

1.   Email us at info@flys.com and request a prepaid return shipping label.  Please make sure to give us your invoice # then we will email you a shipping label with instructions.  Continental US only.   

2.     Put what you are returning back in the box and slap on the prepaid shipping label.  Make sure to indicate what you would like to do (ie return or exchange, etc.).  

3.    Hand your box off to the correct shipping agency and you are done. 

 

What:

You can return any part of your order within 60 days as long as it is in new, resellable condition.  If it doesn't fit, you don't like it, or you want a different color, we don't care just send it back.  No hassles, no worries. 

 

 

Note that shipping companies take time to return your items.  Once we receive your return we will process it ASAP (usually 1-2 days).  Credits to your credit card can take up to 10 days to appear in your account depending upon your bank.  International customers are responsible to pay their own postage.  On refunds we will give you a full refund minus the original freight.  You don’t pay return shipping or restocking fees.
